More Pictures

Lynda buying peanuts.

The Elders at our apartment on Christmas Eve.  They had exchanged white elephant gifts with each other.
Seated:  Elders Shaw, Anderson.  Yannick, the branch President's son who is on a two week split with the Boniberi Elders since they are a threesome, and Elder Ritchi.  Standing:  Elders Neilson, Hunter, Thompson and Landrus

Elders Shaw, Anderson, Landrus and Ritchi on Christmas Morning.

Elders Playing football Christmas Day in front of our apartment.  Note the little grocery store where I buy a few things.

This is a typical home in Bonaberi near the Elders apartment.

This is a market close to the church in Bonaberi.

This is the church in Boniberi.  We use the upper balcony for sacrament and the hall for classes.

The little Children are so beautiful. I bet they just melt your heart everytime they want you to buy something.
Looking at the pictures softens my heart, and makes me appreciate what I have.
How fun to have the Elders with you for Christmas. I'm sure they just love you both, and are so thankful to have you there.
Keep up the good work!!
Love,
Kristy

Howdy Br. & Sister Willis,

We are in California visiting the kids and got your blog address from Whitney's Christmas card. Looks like you have settled in very well. Include us on your email messages and news of your mission.

Love you both,

Dick & Susan

Wow, lots of new posts to read! It's so interesting to see the photos of your surroundings there. I imagine it's a real learning experience to hunt down the ingredients and come up with meals. Your culinary horizons are likely to expand quite a bit! I particularly love seeing the photos of the children - they always seem to have the brightest smiles! Have a happy and interesting New Year.
